Overview

Learn specialized environmental knowledge and technology, and foster the ability to make proposals and take action for the benefit of society

Students tackle fieldwork consisting of practical study of the environment, starting from Year 1, and learn about environmental subjects in a wide range of fields, including Environmental Conservation, Establishing a Recycling-oriented society, Human Environment, and more. Students also develop personal abilities that will connect to their futures, such as proactive capabilities and communication skills, and particularly the ability to solve environmental issues for the purpose of harmonious coexistence of people, society and nature. Furthermore, the Faculty has established a teacher-training course (junior and senior high school science), and fosters human talent who can play an active role in the field of school education.
